The decorative turf restrictor helps stop grass from growing over the inlet or outlet of the basin. Basin also comes with a solid plug to prevent mosquito breeding.

Includes a 4″ 90 degree elbow for easy cleanout. If you need a riser, you will need a 4″ Riser.
