Refund policy

All returns must be approved and completed within 30 days of the purchase date.

If you are not fully satisfied with the product you received, please email our office at support@frenchdrainman.ca with the details. Your request must include your name, address, invoice number, the items to be returned, and the reason for the return.

No product purchased from French Drain Man Canada may be returned without the written approval of French Drain Man Canada management and proof of purchase.

Where such approval is granted, a 15% restocking charge will be deducted from the refunded purchase price.

Original freight and shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds apply to the purchase price of the product only, less the restocking charge.

No product will be accepted for return unless it is unused, clean, merchantable, and immediately ready for resale. Any return of product to French Drain Man Canada is the sole responsibility of the Customer, at the Customer's sole cost and expense, including all shipping, freight, and transportation charges.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled without charge at any time before they have been picked or shipped. Once an order has been picked, packed, or shipped, cancellation requests will be handled under the return terms above, including the 15% restocking charge.

Refunds

You should expect to receive your refund within 30 days of giving your package to the return carrier, though in many cases it will be sooner. This period includes transit time for us to receive your return (5 to 10 business days), the time required to process your return once received (3 to 5 business days), and the time your bank takes to process the refund (5 to 10 business days).
